Crystal Cafe provides the following Customer Guarantee should you
require a refund, replacement or repair of any jewellery item purchased:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item of Crystal Cafe handcrafted jewellery your purchase price will be refunded in full,
provided the item is returned to the company or to your independent
Crystal Cafe consultant within 14 days or purchase.

Should your jewellery become damaged at any time we will repair or replace the item , provided the components are intact or can be easily replaced with new similar components. If a damaged item is unable to be repaired or replaced Crystal Cafe will refund the original purchase price.

This customer guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
