Your transaction has been completed and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. If you have an account at Paypal you may log into your account at www.paypal.co.uk to view details of this transaction.

Any jewellery items that you have purchased will be sent to you as soon as possible. Should you have any query about the delivery or any other matter please Contact Us immediately.

Customer Guarantee

Crystal Cafe's range of handcrafted crystal jewellery uses a wide variety of crystals, semi-precious stones and interesting glass beads carefully chosen from a large number of suppliers worldwide.

Crystal Cafe provides the following Customer Guarantee should require a refund, replacement or repair of any jewellery item purchased:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item of Crystal Cafe handcrafted jewellery your purchase price will be refunded in full, provided the item is returned to the company or to your independent Crystal Cafe consultant within 14 days or purchase.

Should your jewellery become damaged at any time we will repair or replace the item , provided the components are intact or can be easily replaced with new similar componenets. If a damaged item is unable to be repaired or replaced Crystal Cafe will refund the original purchase price.

This customer guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
